Shipping & Delivery Policy

PROCESSING TIME:

Is the process of when we receive your order and payment, manufacture your custom braided wigs and ship it out of our warehouse on or before the date showing on your order confirmation invoice. Here is a quick example ‘Order Received From Our Website => Wig Construction Process of ”20 Working Days” => Hand Over Package To DHL, FedEx or UPS’. Fast process or rush priority processing implies to a quicker fulfillment time such as super-fast rush priority 5 working days or rush priority 10 working days, shipping duration is NOT included. Shipping duration refers to the time it takes for the shipping company to deliver your package to your destination. Shipping duration may vary in accordance to your location. For example, the time it takes to deliver a package to New York varies from the time it’ll take to deliver the same package to California, South Africa or Australia. Shipping duration usually takes around 3-5 days.

FULFILLMENT TIME

Our regular fulfillment time for braided wigs is 20 working days, If you want your order in a rush use the fast processing option to select a quicker fulfillment time. We work very hard to get most orders out on time, if your order is delayed for reasons beyond our control you will be notified by email, text or via WhatsApp. Total turnaround time is 4 weeks. Our wigs are custom handmade, so it takes time to braid. However, during peak
season like during a sale, holiday or a pandemic outbreak! It may take up to 4-6 weeks to process your order, so kindly bear with us.

AFTER FULFILLMENT

After fulfilling your order you will receive a tracking number notification via email and
text message. All orders placed after 6:00 pm EST are considered a next day order.
Ready to ship fulfillment dispatch within 24 to 48 hours.

Please note that we don’t ship or process orders on a weekend or holiday
because shipping companies don’t pick up packages on weekends.

  • All items are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx and UPS. We will not make any attempts to ship with any other shipping courier not listed on our
    website.
  • Please note that we may decide to use a different courier company to ship your order if the preferred courier company didn’t come to pick up on time, this is to avoid fulfillment delay. For example if you select UPS as your preferred shipper and UPS didn’t come to pick up at the schedule pick up date and time, we may use DHL or FedEx to ship your order. Shipping price difference will be instantly reimbursed back to you.

DELIVERY SIGNATURE

By default, all our out-going parcel require customers to sign upon delivery or pick-up due to the high crime rate in North America and around the world. We will not drop any package on your front porch unless specified buy you the customer to do so.

WHEN DO WE SHIP OUT
We ship once your payment has been cleared by our credit card processing company or by Paypal.

PAYPAL PAYMENT: if you are going to pay via PayPal we do ask customers to have an active PayPal account, because preferably orders will only be sent to a confirmed PayPal billing/shipping address. So, we do recommend all customers to have a confirmed address before ordering.

PAYPAL PAYMENT WITHOUT A CONFIRMED ADDRESS
You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, simply ignore the PayPal signup area and click on “checkout with credit/debit card” and you can enter your credit/debit card details. We are not responsible for failures to confirm or update your current billing/shipping addresses.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
If you are paying by credit card/debit card your billing address and shipping address
must match on the card issued by your bank. If your billing and shipping address are different, we reserve the right to request for a proof of address like an ID or a utility bill.
This is to protect us from fraud and credit card charge backs. If you refuse to provide an ID, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

During purchase If you enter the wrong or incorrect shipping address kindly let us know and we will correct it for you for free. If the package has been shipped out of our facility, you’ll need to pay an additional $10 fees for address change.

LOSS OR RETURNED PACKAGE AS A RESULT OF CUSTOMER INPUT OF
THE WRONG ADDRESS

Any loss or return package as a result of customer’s input of an incorrect shipping address will not be refunded or mailed back out without the customer paying the additional shipping and handling cost. With that being said, if you put the wrong shipping address and your order has been shipped out to the wrong address, we can help you out by talking to the shipping company to update the correct shipping address as long as you agree to cover all shipping expenses levied by the courier company.

 

MISSING PACKAGE SENT TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS

Enna braided wig owner of www.ennabraidedwig.com is NOT responsible for missing packages sent to the right shipping address. By accepting our terms and conditions pre-
checkout you are consenting that you have read our terms of service and you accept that we are not responsible for missing packages sent to the right shipping address.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx and UPS. We will not make any attempts to ship with any other shipping courier not listed on our website. Please note that we may decide to use a different courier company to ship your order if the preferred courier company didn’t come to pick up on time, this is to avoid fulfillment delay.

INSURANCE

We strongly advice to buy a shipping insurance to protect your package from unforeseen circumstances. When you pay for shipping insurance, your package gets insured by DHL Express, FedEx or UPS insurance.

PLEASE NOTE that our insurance doesn’t cover stolen mail to porch pirates, what we cover is the shipping process from dispatch-transit-delivery. In a case of missing or stolen packages en-route to your shipping address, file a claim with the shipping company and then inform us. We’ll inform the shipping company about the claims and then wait for 3-5 business day for their response. If they confirm that the package is undelivered, lost or missing, they’ll reimburse us the full amount and we’ll send you a new wig or issue you a full refund.

Please note that this could take some time to settle because the shipping company and insurance company would likely investigate the claims.

CUSTOM DUTY/CUSTOM TAX

Depending on your country and its laws, your package may incur custom duties or
import tax and we are not responsible for that. If your package incurs custom duty or import tax the best way to resolve the issue is to call the courier company and they will tell you what to do. We are not liable for custom duties.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

DHL: 2-5 working days after processing time(custom wig) or handling time (ready to ship wigs) 

Shipping Couriers: We have several shipping options you could pick from to destinations worldwide. Also, if your wig qualifies for a free shipping also, it would be automatically applied before checking out. We use United State Postal Service (USPS), Aramex, DHL, or UPS. We would always update from time to time for any additional carrier used. If you have just received your tracking number, please allow some time between 24-48 working time hours before you can see information about the shipment online. Once you select the wig you want to purchase from the shopping cart, you will see the time frame(s) available for your destination also depends on which you have selected. A tracking number would be sent to you by text or email when dispatched (also check your spam box). Or track your order here.

Note! DHL shipping always requires signature, you have to make yourself readily available to sign for your package or change delivery method from the notifications DHL sends to you via text or email.

Note! Shipping time is different from Processing/Production time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs and import duties & fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and varies from country to country. It is advised to first find out about such fees with your local custom office for international purchase before ordering. Contact your local customs office for details. Deliveries would need to be signed for except on holidays. Once you miss the postal service for deliveries, items will be sent back to your local postal for collection. Please, contact them.

Shipping laws are different in each country. Customer assumes the responsibility to check with his/her customs office to verify whether his/her country permits the shipment of purchased products. Express Wig Braids is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arises from improper international shipping practices.
